One part of fishing that we all know always gets to us is being out in the blistering heat from the sun. We use loads of sun cream, and sun protection potion to help prevent getting burnt, on top of wearing long sleeve shirts with collars.

The Fishing Umbrella

Something so simple can resolve this problem that all fishermen and anglers face very time they go out fishing. Something as simple as a fishing umbrella can easily. They are big like beach umbrellas and provide a large area of shaded area. There is more than enough room to have a fishing chairs under the shade.

Some fishermen and anglers use a combination of a fishing bivvy with a fishing umbrella to get a great area of shade for them to fish from. They do this to provide more room to have another fishermen in the shade with them. Another reason they do this can be to provide shade for their fishing gear, for example their fishing seat boxes, fishing trolley, used fishing tackle, and any other fishing gear that is suitable for the occasion.

Fishing Umbrella and The Fishing Chair

Fishing umbrellas are perfect to be used with a fishing chair if you are going out fishing alone. However there are also fishing umbrellas that provide enough room for 2 fishing chairs so you can fishing with your fellow fisherman.

By keeping out of the sun you will enjoy fishing much more as you won’t feel that extreme heat from the sun. We all know those days where there is not a breath of fresh air, and its blistering hot where you just wish you did not have to sit in the sun burning slowly. This is where your fishing umbrella gives its users the most benefit, but keeping them out of the direct sun light.

Please note however that although using a fishing umbrella with or without fishing chairs does not remove the need for sun protection. Fishing out side can cause skin damage and everyone should take precautions by using sun protection recommended, a fishing umbrella is only a tool to help reduce the heat on your body.

Most keen fishermen or anglers find themselves in the fishing shops quite often buying new tackle and new gear. This is not like a fishing chair, these are best to buy new.

Lets face it, top quality tackle is expensive! This is a problem for many people who cannot afford to spend huge amounts on top quality new tackle, however there is a simple solution to resolve this problem. Buy used fishing tackle and save huge amounts. We know that the concept of buying used fishing tackle you instantly imagine old, rusty and blunt fishing tackle which has been beaten and no longer of any use to anyone, however when it comes to used fishing tackle this is completely wrong.

What can you buy as used fishing tackle?

You can find reels, rods and lures in a new or near new state that are still perfect to use and they are not that hard to find. Although you see them as used, you can save enormous amounts on these products, such as a special branded lurer only used a few times for sale at 20%, 50% or even 70% of the original recommended sale value. Fishing Trolley – two types

Fishing trolleys are normally a very similar topic when anglers are talking about their fishing chairs. This is very common? Why? Because in some cases a fishing trolley also is the anglers fishing chair, and if they don’t use their trolley as a chair, than it caters for that by having a spot on the trolley to attach a fishing chair so you don’t have to carry it.

There are 2 main types of fishing trolleys out there in the market today, ones that can be used as a fishing chair, and ones that provide the space and straps for a fishing chair to be put so that you don’t have to carry it to your fishing spot.

There are features in these trolleys that help you enjoy your fishing experience and some common features your trolley can have include compartment for tackle (it does not matter if you have new fishing tackle or used fishing tackle, this compartment should keep your tackle secure and dry), small ice box for bait and your catch, and clips and straps to hold in your rods, reels, etc. These features make it much easier for you to walk to your spot, whether it be at the end of the beach which you can’t drive your car down, or it could be up a creek bed which you have to walk a long distance to get to your spot. The wheels on the trolley are designed to be easy to wheel across most type of area.

A fishing trolley that can be used as a fishing chair are great for some anglers, but you need to investigate how comfortable it is going to be. Remember you should aim for the same comfort you would want out of a fishing chair. Don’t accept anything else because there are some fishing trolleys that can be used as fishing chairs, but are not comfortable and it will cause you not to want to use it as a chair while fishing.

However If you are looking at a fishing trolley that is not intended to be used as a fishing chair, than you will want to ensure the fishing chair you plan on using can be strapped, attached or hooked onto the fishing trolley. Another part to look at is to ensure after attaching your fishing chair on to the trolley, look for easy access to the handle, and room to walk in front while gripping your hand around the handle.
